Can somebody recommend phimosis cream that has worked for them along with exercises please

Hi Man, a visit to your doctor would be best they can prescribe some steroid creams which would really help and can explain about exercises you can do. the link below has some good illustrations to doing exercises with your fingers it's important to start slowly and be patient give it some time and staying contact with your GP if it doesn't improve then you may need to consider having a circumcision. it is important to be able to retract your foreskin to clean underneath and avoid infections and other skin conditions.
