Seems completely normal . As I understand from what other forum members have said, those are not scars but more like foldings such that once you get erect there is more surface area for the glans to expand. If I'm not wrong I think roddythescot had mentioned this to clarify another forum members query and I agree with him . If you look at other penises , they do have the same mate . Don't worry ! All the best !

Looks like a healthy glans to me. Some are smooth, some are more wrinkled or rough looking when soft. Personally I wouldn’t worry about it, but if it’s preying on your mind speak to a doctor who’ll put your mind at ease.

Completely fine. Mine became rougher after a yeast infection.

It is perfectly normal to have rough glans after circumcision.

Unlike intact glans penis which is kept under skin always, cut remains exposed and bears friction causing it to keratinize bit and looks rough. That doesn't reduces any function of circumcised penis. So relax and don't feel down.
