It looks healthy under the scab, but its still tender and the scab doesnt allow me to use underwear

That is totally fine as long as it goes off by itself! Mine did that too and and when it came off it came off with the stitch too and now it’s just a bit swollen but not uncomfortable! You penis gland looks a bit dry so make sure you moisturize it with some Vaseline from time to time. Also in order to help with the scabbing you should rinse with saltwater and the pressure should help! Cheers

Thanks, ill leave it alone until it falls off by itself, I moisturize the incisión and glans after showering, the pic was as soon as I woke up

If it is too uncomfortable, you may choose to keep a gauze wrapped around it before wearing your underwear otherwise it will drop off with time . All the best !

You should be able to wear close-fitting underwear and point the penis upwards to drain off excess lymph.

If the glans and scar line are too tender then wrap a couple of turns of gauze over the wound for a bit longer.

DO NOT pull the scab off. It will fall when the area is totally healed. Perhaps lightly wrap your Dick with gauze to prevent rubbing.
