Hi demigod very gentle with salt water dry off and there is a lot of choices you can put vaseline on or some moisturiser but must be fragrance free also coconut oil is very for healing and good for your skin also good for sax and masterbation but your not ready for that yet and the yellow crust is normal take care and good luck

That’s normal. Maybe soak your penis is warm salt water for 5–10 minutes a few minutes every day. Don’t pick at the scab. It will fall off on its own.
