There could be a swelling near the end of urethra. That's why there is a sort of pressure down there. It will sort out within next few weeks. You can always ask that from you doctor or clinic.

I was freaking out too when that happened to me. So, in the meantime you will have to sit when you pee otherwise you WILL squirt everywhere when you pee. It will go away after week 2.

The procedure however short would have caused Inflammation and swelling . These may interfere with passing urine for the intital few weeks after the op and may cause a high pressure like output. Like the guys said , this will pass once the swelling comes down . Don't worry too much about it and if you are unsettled like S2BC has mentioned , check back with your doc once . Cheers !

So is it just too much urine too fast or is it building pressure before exiting the penis but coming out as a small stream? Penis toward abdomen just helps with swelling but you can also just be consistent with using ice to bring the swelling down in 15 minute intervals. Do whatever is comfortable but you should do up to abdomen and ice, or let it hang normal but be consistent with ice which is what i did. Just know it can take a tad bit longer for swelling to go down if so
