I'm having issues with my penis when I'm erect. I have noticed my foreskin is really tight when I'm erect, only when I'm erect. I have no issues rolling back my foreskin when flaccid and doesn't cause me pain. It's only tight and uncomfortable when erect.
My foreskin is now getting minor splits and cuts after intercourse. I have called my Doctor in March about it and was advised to use lube when having sex. I had the snip last winter. We were using condoms so never noticed any tightness before. That's why it was recommended.
I believe it's Phimosis....
