Yes it’s normal looks like mine. The frenulum is tight that is why you can’t pull it’s far back.

I agree looks normal, my Son had this same issue, but after a lot of playing with, it has resolved itself.

While in a warm bath try pulling your foreskin back underwater a few times a week and thus should help, it did with him.
