You are just too early stage still. Scar line will soften and flatten within next months.

There is no evidence based data that pricey bio-oil is any better than much cheaper baby-oil which is almost the same stuff (mineral oil). They both stink, but different. There is also fragrance free natural products available like coconut oil. The only thing is to keep scar line moisturized. It really doesn't matter what product(R) are used.

I use a strip of silicone scar sheet on mine. When it's off I'll spread fragrance free emollient cream moisturizer.

Hi, I found the bio oil good it was what I used after my circumcision you don't need that much of it just massage it in it may be a little pricey but you only have one penis. Probably any of the other oils or moisturiser would also help. Your scar will soften and smooth out in time.

Yep. I'm not promoting any products here, but there was a huge advertising campaign with Bio-Oil here in January. When comparing Baby oil and Bio-Oil(R) the main ingredients they both have is paraffinum liquidum aka mineral oil.

500 ml of Johnson's Baby Oil is around 4 euro here and "Special skincare oil" 60 ml is 11,25 euro (187,50 e/l). How foolish we/you are.

I know we all have one penis and we want all the best for it, but still. Think twice. The purpose of mineral oil is to reduce evaporation on scar area. So, they both create a layer on the surface and try to block evaporation. Only science based data is that ceramides can absorb to some extent under the skin. None of these products have ceramides on it.

Briefly: Correlation between the price and the result is not direct.
