i think i may have phimosis or a tight/short frenulum

I can retract my foreskin most of the way when flaccid but only 1/4 when erect, and my frenulum looks like it could be considered short, help please

You need to see a doctor who will examine you and guide you as to treatment.

Hey Man, you should consult with your GP they will give you the best advice and will treat you conservatively first with some steroid creams to see if this will loosen things up for you. you will need to do some stretching exercises as well this can be very slow, if it's not too severe it will help. if you have a severe case your best option would be to have a circumcision
