I am pretty sure no prescribed ED pills would cause infertility.

There was a guy on here some time ago 'Nick from Italy' who described a method of 'soft penetration'. Give it a try.

It is possible to penetrate with a non erect penis and it can only takes a tiny amount of sperm to make you pregnant.

You could try masturbation and enter just before cuming. Experiment !
