Edit: no pain, no itch

It looks almost like it is a small worm. I would have it looked at by a professional for better advice.

I saw a doctor who sent me home with a cream for BV? Then scheduled me to see a urologist on Thursday because she didn’t seem to k ow what it was. Looking online the closest I have found similar is Balanitis maybe ringworm. But like I said there is no itch no burn or pain no irritation it’s just there and bothers me it’s there since it hasn’t always been

Also men do not get BV - that's an imbalance of the vagina only in women . this is not an infection but a skin condition

Yes that is what I thought as well, that’s why I didn’t understand why a cream was given to me for viginitis. I was referred to urology and my apt is today

Ok remember urologists are primarily surgeons . Unless they are experienced, they may not recognise this condition . Lichen Planus is usually managed by a dermatologist. Lets see what they say .

Urology didn’t know what it was and just sent more cream in. I’m going to see if I can go to dermatology

See a dermatologist.

I think this is Lichen Planus. It has a typical white ring of hyperkeratosis with central pigmentary loss ( this is why its darker ) Google Lichen Planus. A sexual health service or a dermatologist can confirm the diagnosis.

Doesn’t Lichen Planus exhibit small purple bumps?

It can manifest itself as blue/grey plaques sometimes, yes. But I have biopsied many patients with LP and this looks typical for it.
