hi. Not sure if it’s meno related or not. Recently I’ve been having woozy feelings. Feels like when you stand up too quickly. Doesn’t feel like I’m gona pass out just feel a little wobbly. Passes after around a minute. Happened 3 times in 3 weeks. First time I was sitting down chatting, 2nd time standing up at work talking to someone and 3rd time just sitting on the sofa watching tv.

I have been feeling more tired lately and generally fatigued not sure if it’s related. Currently not on any medication.

It is one of the symptoms I read about in an article recently.

Could be orthostatic hypotension. This commonly happens when you are standing still, or getting up from lying to sitting to standing, but it can also happen when sitting still.

If you have a blood pressure cuff, you could take a resting reading each day (when you are feeling normal) and try to take it next time you have a dizzy spell.

Another possibility is postprandial hypotension, when your blood pressure falls after eating.

Just a couple of possibilities to check for, and definitely not the only ones.
