Bunged up/throat clearing

Hi, new here. 50, and seemingly going through menopause but thankfully symptoms are very few and manageable. For quite a while I've been a bit, ooh am I coming down with something?, and then nothing appears,... just feeling a bit bunged up/sinusy/frequently throat clearing or occasional cough episode. I wondered whether this might be a hormonal symptom; I guess I should just ask GP. Does anyone else recognise what I'm describing?

If you search online, there are links to these type of symptoms and menopause.

I have post nasal drip , that sounds exactly what I have and it’s got worse since I got older, along with hayfever.

Maybe something in it .
