Tibolone - your experience..

I’m looking for peoples experiences with Tibolone…

I’ve been in the medical menopause for 4 years (I was 36 when I went into medical menopause) and have not taken any form of HRT because I feel great. I had a bone density test about 2 years ago which was excellent so there’s no worries about my bones however my doctors are still eager for me to take something.

I started Tibolone a week ago but don’t feel right. I’m having dizzy spells which are usually manageable however on day 3 they were so bad I walked into a door frame and had to rest up against walls/tables as to not fall over. I’m unbelievably tired and I feel ‘off’. I’m aware this could be because it’s January, cold/dark outside and the children have gone back to school which usually enhances tiredness.

I was wondering what other people’s experiences of this are?

I know I’m in a huge minority because of how well I’ve taken to prostap - I really do not have a bad word to say about that drug. It has literally saved my life.
