drenching sweats

Has anyone found anything that helps with drenching sweats? I have them constantly, not just at night and the nausea that goes with it is horrendous.

Hi

I take Sage tablets for the sweats, they have helped me greatly.

Some suggest diet - staying away from spicy foods, for instance.

I have found it helps not to allow myself to get too warm. Stay on the cool side; only clothes and blankets that breathe (natural fibers).

I used DHEA for a while. Maybe try a health food store.

Have you had blood work? There are other diseases related to drenching sweats. Just a CBC will probably reveal if it's something else.
