Hello, do any other women get the blues for no reason? I just suddenly feel like crying for no reason. Unfortunately my mum and sister have passed away so I can’t ask them if this is “normal “so to say. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

yes my hormones send me up and down all the time. Make me a man in the next life 🤣
Even on HRT, which helps, i get good and bad days x
