Ear problems and core temperature - viral.

I have reduced high frequency hearing - more obvious in my left ear and an uncontrolled fluttering deep within the same ear. An audiologist has said that the tube between my ear and throat could have been affected when pressure I round my brain affected blood supply to my ear. I also have a lowered core temperature of around 35 (was 37) which my GP says may be due to a change in my pituitary gland - I just have to put up with it.

Has anyone else had these problems?

I had bm and now have tinnitus in both ears and my hearing is super sensitive. So much so I can hear my neighbours tv, this used to be very painful but as time has gone on I guess I have become aware of causes the pain and stay away from it.

As for temperature. I don't seem to be able to control mine well. If I get cold I stay cold for ages. I am at the moment sat wrapped in a throw freezing as we had the window open for the tumble dryer and I went into the room without thinking, I won't get warm now until this evening. When I get hot I can't cool myself down. I go to turkey on holiday 3/4 times a year since being ill and find if I'm not careful I over heat, I was at the beach one day as my partner wanted to go and didn't understand my temperature problem. I thought I could manage it but ended up passing out on a sun lounger. I use ice cubes on my neck and upper arms if I get too hot as that seems to lower my temperature really quickly. It will not stop me going on holiday though. the hotel i go to is aware of my effects and know what to do if i have a problem so i feel totally safe and will not allow this to beat me,

If I'm ill and get a temperature it only has to go up half a degree and I start hallucinating. It is still within normal temperature ranges but still not something my body can deal with. I have got to the point now that I just live with it all and am just glad I survived when others have been less fortunate, I have lost many friends through all this but again I have got to the point that is their loss not mine. I live my life as best I can and never put anything off that I want to do.
