Greetings to any and all persons who may read my bio and be encouraged by the continuous love that God provides in a time of medical crisis.

In no way do I intend to disparage the talented and dedicated members of the medical profession.

I am into predictive and preventive medicine. As a patient I want to search out those therapeutics which will benefit my continued health both emotionally and physically.

Additionally I have a diagnosis of ADHD which presents its own spectrum of emotions and behaviors.

Since contracting COVID I have struggled with very reduced energy, mental fog and phlegm from my sinuses. This summer I have benefitted from sunlight, various supplements and I am finally returning to a new normal as my joints have gradually become more flexible. I regularly prepare chicken soup using the following recipe:

1 package of skin on chicken thighs purchased frozen. In a crock pot or large cooking pot on the stove heat six (6) or more cups of bottled or tap water.

Thaw the chicken thighs enough to remove packaging. Place thighs into the crock or pot carefully.

They will thaw completely in the hot water. Bring to slow rolling boil testing the internal temperature of the thighs until thermometer reaches 165-degree Fahrenheit. I find that the "high" setting on a crock pot will suffice, but additional time brings out flavor and fat thus thickening the broth. I add Knorr's Chicken Seasoning to flavor. Vegetables can also be added especially frozen packages of mixed vegetables. Enjoy!

Hello! Our son is currently in the hospital with Covid and bacterial Meningitis. I'm seeking research and advice for a Holistic recovery plan. What supplements are you using? Are there any websites that you found helpful during your recovery?

I contracted bacterial meni gitis in 2019 and had septicaemia when admitted to hospital. I have been so blessed to have found a great homeopath who has helped me to recover from the debilitating fatigue 😩 and to be able to travel again. I also asked my Dr to check all my iron and vitamin levels n discovered iron and vit d were very low. The medical model had nothing to offer me.

No, the medical model won't offer us anything. My son has been through a Traumatic Brain Injury as well and we know you have to dig for information for a recovery. I will have his levels checked, that is great advice. Thank you! And we have Chinese herbs being prepared by our acupuncturist...I will seek out homeopathic care as well. Thank you so much!
