Hi amk2. I would like to suggest that you take Black Elderberry , which stops the virus from replicating by[ in layman's terms] bluntening the injector mechanism. You take it at twice the normal recommended dosage. You can buy it online, or at chemists, or Health Shops. It killed the Epstein Barr Virus which caused my meningitis. Good luck!
