I was wondering this as my husband had bacterial meningitis and was in hospital for 5 weeks, he's been home 4 and is well except from deafness in right ear.
Likely no major difference in recommendations than for anyone else. If you are already fairly isolated and homebody, not much else to do aside from the obvious washing of hands, avoiding touching face (nose, mouth, eyes, ears). The rest is the same as usual, eat balanced high vitamin foods, take multivitamins and significant vitamin c as well as D. Some good supplements to support immune response to virus are also lipoic acid and zinc. However always remember that physical activity is part of immunity. The lymph system gets moving with activity, toxins are released and a ton of other benefits. We were meant to be moving animals as much as is possible within our physical capabilities. A balance between isolation and human interaction for purposes of mental health are important as well.
