I must be crazy, but am doing this voluntarily. After the episode/seizure in January, they need to know if this was a 1 off or could happen again. Have had a headache for 4-5 days now. Thinking stress. I admit it; am scared. Wish me luck.
BTW - am going the princess route. Bringing my own sheets and pillows cases, dark chocolate, nicotine inhaler, diet soda, shampoo and conditioner, etc. WTF!!

Glad you're going the princess route!! The electrode goop makes a mess of your hair. Although hospital staff are not hair stylists, I wish someone would have combed my hair while I was out of it; left the hospital looking like a neglected Persian cat, hair so matted that I had to cut out clumps. Use LOTS of conditioner!
I think you're very courageous and gutsy for voluntarily admitting yourself. And I pray to whatever powers that be that the neurologist finds an answer, an answer that's treatable. I hope hospital staff is treating you kindly, like the princess you are :).
