Forehead get tight and twitch? Head go numb?

no ive never experienced what you have, twitching or numbness it is usually all tremendous pain and pressure in the head ... neck stiffness ... the whole body is just exhausted and you are unable to do anything and it leaves you very weak for around 12/15 months following the v.m. I would be checking those things out though straight away to hospital .. that isn't normal

Yep I have this periodically. Feels like squeeze then I get facial twitching it last for a while then goes away. It feels like my head is numb in a band pattern.

Your forehead twitch? Yeah my whole head goes numb sometimes, when standing up. Does yours at certain activity? . ... it happened when a friend was talking close up in my face

At first it was scary but I kinda got use to it it comes and goes. I also get scalp tenderness now too.

Sorry I can't be helpful. My head pain is more like Rhonda's. Sometimes it feels like my head is going to pop off like a grape; other times it feels like a bad hangover (haven't drank in decades). If the numbness and twitching are not your post-meningitis "normal," seek medical care STAT if not sooner.

In just getting head pains 9 months later. I'm so confused

3 yrs post bacterial meningitis and I have intermittent tingling and itchiness of scalp along with tightness & pressure in the back of my head. I have also noticed a slight face twitch occasionally.
