Can bacterial meningitis bring on arthritis - as a complication some months later?

Hi, I had BM in Feb this year and yes sepsis arthritis can occur in joints as a result of fighting off the septacaemia. It is apparently non-degenerative so with physio and osteopathy you can work to get it back to where it was. If you have arthritis already it could well increase the arthritis already there. I am 3 months into getting my foot and hand back but it will be a few months more yet. Good luck, it will take time and patience but you will hopefully get good results.
