Anyone tried Nortriptyline?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has been recommended or tried Nortriptyline by their doctor for help with easing pressure or tightness in scalp/head? I know it's an anti-depressant but apparently my doctor told me it helps muscle relax too. I have a lot of tightness and pressure in my head still, 2.5 years after BM. Any help would be great!

I have been on amitriptyline (low dose) for over 2 years & it has worked well for the tightness in my head.
