TBM treatment

My father is 64 years old after 1 month of urine infection treatment we get to know he has TBM with TCV . This is diagnose by MRI and CSF

After Bell’s palsy we go for MRI

so can we know the treatment and how many days will take to consciousness

He is not in conscious now from last 7 days
