I'm 41 had no diagnosis from doctors .have pain in spine neck head eyes .sensitive to light sound chronically.exhasted poor concentration also stomach pain.

is it possible these are symptoms of meningitis.

We are not medically trained on here but just people who have had meningitis, are related to or know someone who has. It would not be appropriate to give thoughts as to whether you have Meningitis or not by the symptoms you have given. You need to seek a medical examination either by your GP or at a hospital asap. Meningitis can only be a confirmed diagnosis by a lumber puncture.
