Sorry to learn about this impact this disease has had on you. Your foot/leg would need to be properly assessed in order to prescribed the right exercises for you. This needs to be done by a physiotherapist or doctor. Has your doctor made a referral for you to see a physiotherapist?

Physio may be of help but improvement can take some time. Discuss your concerns with your physiotherapist or your doctor - they know your case and progress and are best placed to advice you with this.
Physiotherapy will surely help you.
If you don't mind can you please share your experience with me as my 22 years old fiancee is suffering from tb meningitis since july 2013. She has weakness in her right body and stiffness in lower limbs. She can't walk as of now and feels fatigue and weakness. Were things same for you???
