MRI Monday

I'm going in for my six month MRI Monday. This time I am waking up in a fright. Not sure why. I am recovering from pneumonia , and still have a cough. Worried I will cough during the MRI when I shouldn't.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Wendy

Please talk to the imaging place and see what they think about it. And check in with yourself to see if you’d feel comfortable coughing in there.

Take care, feel better soon, and may the MRI be uneventful both in the act of receiving one, and that of hearing it be interpreted.

Try taking a Strepsil to see if it numbs your throat and stops the coughing for a while. If that doesn’t work call them in advance of your appointment and explain the situation. Good luck.
