Hi, I am new to this group.

A recent CT scan for my 67 yr old husband resulted in a diagnosis of 2.7cm x 1.7cm x 3cm meningioma uniformly dense, mass involving the inferior right frontal convexity, just above the eyebrow. There is fairly extensive vasogenic edema within the right frontal lobe and adjacent part of the right frontal lobe. As a result there is regional mass effect with effacement of the adjacent anterior sulcus and partial effacement of the right lateral ventricle. Was told that this tumor seems fairly recent and benign.

Anyone else have a similar tumor? I am interested in hearing about your experience, treatment and outcome. How long did the whole process take?

Hi my husband was diagnosed in the ER after having vertigo and vomiting with 2.7 Mengioma. He saw the neurosurgeon and has to have it out by Christmas he chose Oct to have it removed. He has hbp and blood clots. It's been really scary and stressful. He's shutting me out and seems extremely angry.
