Products for adults with PMLD

Hi there, I am currently undertaking a university degree where I have been partnered with a charity which specialises in products for adults with PMLD. The product I'm focusing on is their sensory parcels which are developed in collaboration with artists and arts venues in North Wales, this program delivers engaging multisensory experiences directly through your door. Each time, a carefully curated parcel arrives, brimming with:

Sensory objects: Textures, sounds, and smells to ignite curiosity and exploration.

Activity ideas: Easy-to-follow guides for stimulating activities inspired by local arts events and exhibitions.

Trip inspiration: Discover accessible visits and workshops offered by cultural venues across North Wales.

My question to the forum is firstly where would people typically look to find out about these products and secondly, would the products be of interest for adults with PMLD to buy or use? I am not trying to sell these products at all, I am just trying to further my understanding of the community and demand.

I purchased a "sensory" pack from Frozen Light theatre group. They travel the UK performing to adults with PMLD a sensory, interactive experience. They then had the idea of making packs up and selling to people so they could recreate the experience in their own homes. There was a link to follow, which the actors would act out the scene and when promoted the PMLD adult would be helped to interact with the sensory experience. So different smells...tastes..lights etc

This sounds like a good idea. Just something to be aware of is that some people with pmld may mouth objects which could be a choking hazard. When I worked at a special needs school, one of the staff made sensory aprons for the students. So the sensory objects were attached to a wearable apron to hopefully prevent mouthing and also prevents them from dropping the items and being unable to retrieve them if they have physical disabilities.
