Change NHS - Easy Read Survey

Hi all,

Mencap has worked with the NHS to produce an easy read version of the consultation they're running to ask people what they think needs to be fixed about the NHS.

This survey will be open for the next couple of months, and will hopefully help more people with a learning disability, as well as their families and carers, have their say.
