Have you asked the team what their standard practice is ? Does the same person do the full day plus the sleepover shift. I feel if that is the case they might need to shower, but should at least make you aware and ask permission as not their house. My son lived in a shared house and I called unexpectedly one day at 4pm. I asked where the staff member was and he said in the shower. This was a female looking after 2 men. When she eventually came down the stairs wearing a long white gown I asked her was she ready for bed!! She replied no she was going to pray!!! I reported her as this was not her house and she didn't even ask permission to use the shower. Talk about taking liberties, she never worked there again.
Thank you, yes she comes on shift in the morning and stays overnight leaves 7.30am. My concerns are if they all start doing his thats approx 5 different members of staff and my daughter isn't coping . The care teams standard practice is that she should not be doing it. I'm going to discuss on Monday.
