Contact the learning disabilities team at your local council. She should be allocated a social worker if she doesn’t have one.
Sorry I cant recommend anywere your way as I live in Essex but I would be interested to hear if you have any success in finding a good place for your daughter seacity and if the process was easy . Good luck
Do the college have a team that can signpost you? Not sure if you are already in Sussex or live further afield?
