Does anybody have any experiences about the standard of building maintenance they receive from Inclusion Housing or the quality of care they receive from Transforming support (also known as Pathway for Care). Our daughter and six other residents who have autism/LD have been in a supported living setting involving both these companies for 3 weeks now with either none or intermittent heating and hot water.

My son is in supported living with a privately owned company. They should still be supported by local government social services. They should be informed.
My Daughter is in supported living with a different private company if any problems that don't seem to be getting fixed I always call or email the county council social services Learning Disability and Autism Team.
