hi guys so a lot of people have this idea about disabled people that if they can’t talk they can’t make descions

I’m don’t have a great understanding of descions but I understand it means like If you go to the shop you want some chocolate so you buy it

So this is not right i think it’s right that

people that can’t talk can make descions

People that can talk can make descions

Everyone is different with a disability I can talk but I don’t get to choose my own support workers where I live I’m not allowed to do my own direct payments

so not been able to talk doesn’t mean all the time that you won’t be able to make descions there are some people that can’t talk that are more capable at making descions then some people that can talk hope this helps ❤️
