care fcilities for our son 31

we are planning to move to Hertfordshire or Enfield from Cambridge as were told the facilities are better for our son 31 who has autism and severe learning difficulties . Can any one give us some ideas of these locations including day care centres, How are the councils with regards to funding etc, Our son needs help all the time, he suffers from epilepsy as well. he will need a carer to be with him all the time. we were planning to buy a flat may be and get funding for 24 hour care. Is this possible? or any ideas , please

hi. There is an excellent parent carer group in Hertfordshire called Supporting together. They have a website and Facebook. This is probably the best contact group for all your questions.

Can parents on this forum kindly let me know their experiences in Hertfordshire area please with regards to support for adults with Autism about housing/care facilities including carers. As we are growing older, getting very anxious to get him settled as you all appreciate
