Does anyone have any links for long-term communities suitable for a young adult with a mild-to-moderate learning disability?

I only know of Camphill Communities. They have a few sites up and down the country. Communities are difficult to find though.

camphill village trust - cvt.org.ukThey aren't all young. My daughter went at age 18, 7 years ago and was the youngest.
