Update vaccine advice - get in touch if you haven't heard yet

In England, the NHS wants to you get in touch with your GP surgery if you have not been offered the first dose of the vaccine and you:

> have a learning disability (and are on the GP Learning Disability Register), or

> are registered as a carer with your GP, or

> are over 50 years old.

You no longer have to wait for your GP to invite you for a vaccine.

You can also phone the NHS on 119.

Don’t forget, you can ask for extra help when you have your vaccine. See our Asking for extra support (easy read guide) here - mencap.org.uk/sites/default...
