Hello, I am new here! My name is James, and I am a researcher for the Dept for Work and Pensions. I am hoping to do some telephone & online research soon with anyone that wants to help us improve retirement services that we offer.

The research we're doing is for a retirement benefit called 'Pension Credit' - it's an important income support payment and it went online last year. We want to ensure we are able to research the application with as diverse an audience as possible as we don't want anyone to be excluded from applying.

Sign up to take part in research by providing your name and the best way of contacting you.

By signing up you are giving consent for a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) researcher to contact you about upcoming research and how to take part.

We will only use the details that you provide to contact you about DWP research related to retirement services.

Taking part

You will be contacted when volunteers are needed.

You do not have to take part in any research you are contacted about and you can choose to stop being contacted at any time.

That's pretty interesting, but I can say that I don't rely on my pension because it's way too small, and I still have to do something else in order to be fully satisfied with my life.
