What is the point of the search button? How does it work ? what can you search for? Typing in a query and nothing comes up. Help ! getting so frustrated by all of this.
We need a system where you can type in a query and previous answers will come up as it’s getting monotonous giving an explanation, then when similar queries come up you can’t find previous answer. Maybe someone can explain, thanks in advance.

If you use the search on top right (on a PC or laptop) - the one that says Search HealthUnlocked - it will search the whole of HealthUnlocked.
If you just want to search Mencaps's online community you need to be in the Posts section - you can get to this just under the Mencap's logo (on a PC or laptop). The Mencap only search is on the right hand side and is called Search Posts on Mencap. I have included an image of it here.
Hi Sarah this is rather useless. If you type something into health unlocked everything seems to come up unrelated to what you want to know so is a waste of time.
Where is the posts section for Mencap? there doesn’t seem to be an image which you say you’ve sent. Surely things could be made much simpler.
The posts section is directly under the Mencap logo and the community name. There is a row of words that say Home - Posts - Members - About You can click on these. Try the posts one and you should be able to see the Mencap search box on the right hands side of your screen.
I will pass your feedback to HealthUnlocked - I agree it is tricky to find.
Content on HealthUnlocked does not replace the relationship between you and doctors or other healthcare professionals nor the advice you receive from them.
Never delay seeking advice or dialling emergency services because of something that you have read on HealthUnlocked.
