Hello fellow posters,

My name is Karen and I live in Wales with my husband Kevin. We are in are 50's and feeling it LOL LOL. We have two grown up children who live in their own homes in their 20's. A daughter who works as head of room at a private day nursery and a son who is a Police Officer. Very proud.

Hello xenababe999

Welcome to Mencap's online community. It is lovely to virtually meet you, and hear a little about you.

This is a safe place for anyone with an interest in learning disability to share their experiences, ask questions, and meet other people.

It would be great to know a little about why you are interested in learning disability.

Many thanks

Sarah
