We know that Christmas is going to be a bit different for everyone this year and for lots of siblings of disabled children and adults it will be hard. At Sibs (sibs.org.uk) we have produced lots of information for siblings of all ages that might help.

For young siblings we have a spotlight mini blog talking about Christmas and siblings youngsibs.org.uk/siblings-a...

We have put together some information on coping with the festivities for adult siblings sibs.org.uk/support-for-adu...

And finally lots of ideas and tips from siblings on having a virtual Christmas with your brother or sister sibs.org.uk/support-for-adu...

Wishing you all safe and happy holidays.
