Does anybody have any specific guidelines for staff when writing a daily report on the person they have been supporting please

Thanks for your post. I wondered if you worked for Mencap? If so, do you have access to Yammer on MyMencap?

There are lots of posts on there from staff working in Mencap services and they ask a lot of this sort of question.

You are welcome to post on here as there are some professionals on here, but many more of our members are people with a learning, families and friends.

I do access The Mencap Novel Tea room in Southend and the Just Ride activity at Garon Park

Now I have careers go in to my mother in law and when we are not there we has the relatives like to know everything that as been done for her so to me there is no guid lines we like to know everything and trust me if they don't do anything what they should be doing for her I will phone the head office and make a complaint because care workers should live up to there name and care for those who are very vulnerable this is what I am doing for my brother the care and the support is not there at all Hope this helps
