Hi Luke1932 - my son is 40 and leads a full life by attending Brandon Trust days where he has a timetable for 3 days a week consisting of gardening, wood work and maintenance work. The Trust offers many other activities. He swims once a week at a free session provided by N.Som county and works for 4 hours (2 on Monday & 2 on Wednesday) at our local Tesco. He has made friends in all of these areas. Try a local supermarket for work and care agencies for active day centres.
