It's so hot here. Any good ideas about staying cool? My son likes to wear the same tracksuit bottoms all year round, including today. No shorts in sight. Footwear is a similar story. Apart from eating ice creams he doesn't really adapt at all to hot weather. Thanks

My son loves portable and fold up fans. He also likes the large desk fans which provide great white noise at night. Paddling pools are also great, even fully clothed! Will your son wear shower shoes? He could wear them in the paddling pool too. Good luck. I hope others have some more tips for you. 😎

Hi. We've got a fan now and it's working well. I thought the noise might be an issue, but no. I agree, it's a sort a white noise which is quite pleasant. Many thanks

Hi, my own son very similar, he would wear hoodies 24/7 365 days a year if I didn't ban them in summer time. I no h and m stores do some very lightweight, breathable, fashionable joggers. Might be a bit cooler for him.

I bought my son some nice linen trousers and a T-shirt from M&S lasts summer but still haven't seen them on him. Often if I don't see presents being used then it makes me feel that they have been lost or stolen. A particularly nice green slub top with a hoodie made in that fashionable outdoors style from Christmas still hasn't been found. And for that matter, nor have the pictures from his last two birthdays of enlarged and framed family photos.

The fan is working overtime this week. It's got a silent mode so we've got it on all the time.
