My adult daughter has just had a PIP assessor visit and I would really like to complain. They weren’t here for long, and I can’t imagine that they got enough info about her to get a sense of the support she needs. All the questions were very black and white. How do I go about complaining? Is it even possible? Can I complain on her behalf?
To be honest the whole thing just stresses me out – I can’t really face this battle. Sorry to be so defeatist it just feels like I have to battle for everything at the mo.
Thanks

Hi grace my daughter has just been turned down for pip she had to go to a courthouse for her tribunal and found this very distressing , she has learning difficulties and cardiomyopathy , we can’t appeal
The process takes 14 weeks till you get a decision so I was told.I have 2 sons but 1 has learning disabilities and he is on enhanced rate of pip but the other son is blind and on DLA but just started the pip process.I somehow dont think he will get it even though he has low care for dla and high for mobility. But 14 weeks.
