It’s not easy to make this update.. Ryan’s cancer is taking over the arm even after the resection. Soft tissue involvement like crazy.. I have no words at this point. I will suggest BRAF meds again or TIL treatment since we have soft tissue mets that are visible. This is not pretty.. MRI for arm tomorrow. We will know what we are looking at for sure shortly.. PET to follow in the upcoming week likely.. melanoma sucks yall. That’s all I got..

My heart hurts . I am so very sorry. I know that you and Ryan will explore all treatment options and I am truly hoping that one is a good fit and will work. Yes, melanoma sucks . It is sneaky and vicious and I hate this disease.
May I suggest Trialjectory if you would like to explore clinical
trials outside of what your own team
recommends? I have found my support person ( named Mor ) to be very helpful and compassionate. I consulted many places about TIL also and there is a new Iovance TIL trial open at sites around the country. We, too, are searching for the next treatment option .
