Currently in the advanced radiology waiting room, while Ryan gets his MRI scan of his brain. It is snowing extremely hard, but we were determined to get here. Got a call to come in early cause of so many cancellations! Roads are treacherous. The advanced radiology is connected to GBMC so they stay open no matter what, so it was up to us if we came or not. And here we are but hopefully it will only take a few days to get results. I’ll keep everyone updated. Praying it has stayed out of the brain.. praying so hard.

Kelly, I would have done the exact same thing as you. Praying right along with you that the Brain MRI is good.

I'm glad you both safely got to the MRI, and that your trip home will be in the daylight with improved road conditions. The snow/ice here in northern Virginia has ceased, so should be going your way next.
I always hope for empty spaces in the brain

Even if it has PD-1 can cross the blood brain barrier and kill the tumor. This is the drug Jimmy Carter had back in 2015, and he’s still here! Chin up!
Because it’s all so unbelievably stressful!
