Melanoma Brain mets in 2013

So I consider myself as a Melanoma Survivor. My diagnosis was in late 2012, and it shortly thereafter metastasized into 4 visible tumors in my brain. I received Whole Brain and Gamma Knife treatments, followed 3.5 years later by a second round of Gamma Knife Surgery (GKS) and Keytruda immunotherapy. After evidence of what looked like continuing growth, I had a craniotomy to remove the largest lesion, which a biopsy revealed as all necrotic (dead) tissue. So I'm now considered in remission, and continue to receive regular doses of Keytruda to help keep it at bay.
