Itchy skin - heat

I have a number of ailments, hypothyroidism, ME/CFS, Menopause & Fibromyalgia so I don’t know which, if any, are causing my skin to itch so bad in the heat? I avoid the sun & use sunscreen which I thought would help but the itching is persistent. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I find that if I use a sunscreen that is too waterproof that I get itchy skin as sweat can’t escape. I use a paediatric antithelios Roche posay factor 50 sun lotion which I find replaces my normal moisturiser and doesn’t leave my skin greasy. I have a skin condition that has to be protected from sun so I do find the most effective thing is shade!

I also take a non sleepy antihistamine. Good luck!

thank you, I’ve put a bit of hydrocortisone cream on & it’s much better today 🤞
